Establishment of a new Board
On 03/01/2021 day Sunday at 12:00 after the elections for the new Board held on 19/12/2012, electronically and in accordance with the procedures of Article 11 of the Articles of Association and after a secret ballot of the 7-member Board and in accordance with the procedures provided in Article 11 was decided unanimously and without any objection:
